1. Data Collection & Minimum Necessity

StartupLok operates on a principle of data minimization. We only collect the minimal personal and business details necessary to provide scheme eligibility evaluations and document advisory services (e.g. Founder Name, Email, Phone/WhatsApp, Entity Type, and Funding Requirement).

2. Geolocation Privacy

StartupLok does NOT track or record precise hardware GPS coordinates. Any geographic qualification is derived exclusively from the state or region explicitly selected by the user in our matching tools.

3. Purpose Limitation & Zero Commercial Selling

We do not sell, rent, or trade your contact information to third-party ad networks or unsolicited telemarketers. Information submitted via application assistance forms is used strictly to dispatch compliance checklists or coordinate direct advisory sessions.

4. Data Subject Rights (DPDP Act)

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, users may request the review, correction, or complete deletion of their stored lead and alert records at any time by contacting privacy@startuplok.com.
